To successfully conduct a complex, sensitive Title IX investigation, a consultant must possess extensive knowledge in trauma-informed techniques and the rigorous requirements placed on institutions to process investigations in a timely and unbiased manner.

Our team exceeds these with a depth of unique experience in carrying out these investigations. Two members of the team are even serving as Title IX Coordinators at both the K12 and higher ed level, and the third has spent two decades overseeing higher ed investigations. All of their experiences include investigations involving both student and employee matters.
